Achmad Syafriel joined PT Allianz Global Investors Asset Management Indonesia in January 2019 as Head of Equity Research/Fund Manager. He has more than 14 years of Indonesian capital market experience, mainly in equity research and fund management. He started his capital market career as Equity Research Analyst in Bahana Securities and also had exposure to China and India market when he worked as Senior Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager for AIA Financial Indonesia for almost 6 years.

Syafriel holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting from Trisakti University and a Master of Business Administration, Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA. Syafriel has obtained a licenses as Investment Manager Representative (WMI) and Securities Brokerage Representative (WPPE) from the Indonesian Capital Market Authority.
